Strange things have been happening as of late... 4 Assassins have shown up. Hakuro and a group called 'Group X'... their intentions are unknown. The N.G. has been having problems already with Zihark and Org. XV. What is going on? Why can't the N.G. try and stop them yet? Well Zihark has dissabled their deffences and leaving them useless to the fact of fighting. He seems to have already won the fight. But what are his true plans? Is he power hungry? Or does he want something else?

Organization XV

Instead of using rankings by the order in which people joined, the order of brute strength, brains, etc., this Organization ranks its members in terms of which elemental powers are deemed ‘strongest’. Of course there are disputes over which is strongest, but until the current leader is overthrown (hah! Like that’s happening any time soon…) the rankings are as follows:

#1 – Earth (includes rocks, sand, plants, etc.)
#2 – Wind
#3 – Lightning/Plasma/Electricity in general
#4 – Water
#5 – Darkness/Shadows/Arcane
#6 – Fire
#7 – Light
#8 – Metal
#9 – Ice
#10 – Dimensions
#11 – Time
#12 – Gravity
#13 – Poisons/Acids & Bases
#14 – Illusions
#15 – Healing
